Abstract

In 2007, the Argentinian poet Alberto Szpunberg published Notas al pie de nada ni de nadie, a book in which he rewrites "Marquitos," an emblematic poem from the '60s. This rewriting, approached by the author as an unresolved matter, will be analyzed in this work considering the temporal leaps; at the same time, we will focus on the journeys that the self makes through the streets and the traces left from other times, as well as on the voices from other centuries that enter the text. We propose the assembly of times and voices as a dialogue that facilitates the approach to the temporal thickness presented in the book and, from this dialogue, to look back at the past and continue to think about it.
