This article analyzes the novels Manège by Laura Alcoba, Una muchacha muy bella by Julián López, El espíritu de mis padres sigue subiendo en la lluvia by Patricio Pron, Tanto correr of Mariano Quirós and Los topos of Féliz Bruzzone. These authors were all born between the late 1960s and the 1970s, and they write about the military dictatorship. Taking the concepts defined by Giorgio Agamben and Jacques Rancière, the aim of this article is to explore the link between narrative and experience as well as the border between what is private and what is political.
